TERMS OF SERVICE Since registration and hosting fees are prepaid on an annual basis refunds are not given. Domains that expire are subject to reactivation penalty of $160.00 if the desired domain is needed to be reacquired. (This fee does not include domain ownership transfer.) Domain ownership transfers to another host are permitted for a one time charge of $160.00 (includes website on cd and backup hosting to ensure absolutely no down time during the transition to the new host). Domain transfers are not included with annual hosting plans and must be initiated a minimum of one week prior to domain expiration.
